| Pre-Registration Procedure | |||||||||
The candidate will arrange with the proctor a date and time for the examination. The candidate will obtain written confirmation of the date, time, and certification (RHCT or RHCE) from the proctor. The candidate will normally be an ECU student taking an academic course, but at times this may not be the case. Any candidate with written confirmation from the proctor may pay for the exam. |

| Refund Policy | |||||||||
| Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Division of Continuing Studies. Candidates requesting a refund before 48 hours of exam will be charged an administrative processing charge of $75. Those requesting a refund less than 48 hours of the exam are eligible for only a $150 refund. | |||||||||
